Terms of Service

1. What this is

EZLink lets you create a public page at ezlink.ink/your-username that lists links you choose. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need to be old enough to agree to a contract where you live, and at least 13. Keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Give us an email address that reaches you, because it’s how we’d tell you about anything important.

3. Your content

Your links, your name, your photo and your words stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to actually run the service: to store that content and show it on your public page.

You’re responsible for what you link to. Don’t:

• link to malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive
• impersonate someone else, or pretend to be an organisation you’re not
• post content that is illegal where you or your visitors are
• share sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence
• use the service to send bulk unsolicited messages

We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you why.

4. Usernames

Usernames are first come, first served, and some are reserved for the service itself. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is being squatted on an unused account. We’ll contact you first unless the situation is urgent.

5. Free and paid plans

There is a free plan, and a Pro plan with additional features. During the launch period every Pro feature is available to everyone at no cost. When that period ends, accounts without Pro return to the free plan.

Nothing is deleted when that happens. Your links, your page and your visitor numbers stay exactly as they are. Only Pro-only capabilities stop being available.

6. Availability

We’ll try to keep EZLinkrunning and fast, but it’s provided as-is, without warranties. It may be unavailable at times, including for maintenance or because a service we depend on has a problem. Please keep your own record of anything important — don’t treat EZLink as your only copy.

7. Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like, and your page and data go with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that has been inactive for a long time. If we close the service entirely, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export what you need.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, EZLinkisn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on the site or email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use EZLink after that means you accept the new version.
